Silicon Based Heat Resistant Paint

It is pure silicon based spacial product which can protect itself and the Surfaces applied at very high temperatures (600° C ). It can be produces with limited color choices. Used in heat treatment centrals, furnaces, and any other high temperature production material and provides very good reSults. Can be applied in shiny aluminium, half matt or smoke colors.

  PROPERTIES
Description High temperature resistant siliconed paint.
Application Areas At the temperatures around 600° C only itself, at relativerly low temperatures around 400° C can be applied with zinc silicat paints as finish paint.
Storage Should be stored in cool, well ventilated, and prevented from high temperature places.

  APPLICATION
Surface Preparation Sanding ar Sa 2.5.
Application Conditions Surface temperature must be at least 3° C higher than the air condensation temperature.
Recommended Painting System Silicon Based Heat Resistant Paint: 1-2x20 micron
Working Conditions Should be used in well ventilated places by spraying. Follow S2 and S7 instructions.
Application Method Applied with airless pistol, or in small areas with brush.
