Zinc Enriched Epoxy Undercoat

Used as undercoat for epoxy finish paint on metal Surfaces. Due to zinc particles in its composition its anti-corrosive property is better than epoxy undercoat.

Storage Should be stored in cool, well ventilated, and prevented from high temperature places.

  APPLICATION
Surface Preparation Scraping at Sa 2.5
Application Conditions Temperature and relative humidity should be checked. To prevent heavy zinc pigments from precipitation the paint should be stirred during the application.
Recommended Painting System Zinc enriched undercoat: 1x25 micron Finish paints can be chlore rubber, vinyl, acrylic or epoxy paints.
Working Conditions Follow the instructions on the package. Avoid inhaling the vapor directly and avoid contact with skin.
Application Method Applied with airless pistol, or in small areas with brush.
